「Property was as represented on listing and on numerous 5 start reviews. It was particularly suited for our purpose of a get -together with relatives consisting of two senior adult couples. Proximity to HEB and Bucees was a plus. There are plenty of short daily trips from this location.」

「As I headed to the property- it was not disclosed that the property was alongside a mud road that was one way- and full of pot holes and in fact the 4WD rental car I was in slid all over just trying to turn into the property. The entry way is overgrown and garbage cans were laying all over. 「Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm.
