"This is an older property that could use some basic maintenance; otherwise, it was pretty clean and a safe place to spend the night. "

"Room was not clean, especially bathroom, the elevators were down and we were on the third floor. Staff was not trained and had no clue what they were doing. Not great at all."

"The hotel was under renovation and not esthetically appealing. Although the rooms are clean, staff are helpful and friendly. I stayed for one night for my daughter’s dance competition."

So many hotels are starting to cut corners on those little things, but Quality Inns are consistent in offering so many details - in-room coffee and tea, Kleenex, water cups, make-up remover, shampoo, soaps, lotion. Always a refrigerator, microwave, ice...! Full breakfast at this location! A few facility items on property need a little TLC. Great access to freeway and Cross Hollow Event Center. "

"2nd time we have stayed at this property, the room keys were a total annoyance this trip, the slightest thing would deprogram them, we made no less than 10 trips to the front desk to have them redo our keys over two days…other than that it was great."
