The staff were excellent and room cleaned every day,the hotel is a little dated and showing signs and the air con in my room was very noisy,but the location was handy for my trip,also was value for money so I would definitely stay again next time in Cebu.

The hotel is pretty old, which means some things are breaking down or lower in quality. But the staff tries really hard to make up for it with excellent service, frequent cleaning, good prices, and lots of friendliness. Wifi is spotty, not necessarily going to get a good connection. Shower was a bit weak in my room.

No Good Aircon

The room was very hot. It has an air conditioner but it's too small for a room this size. Also they installed it very low to the ground so the cold air blows straight to your feet. The staff was friendly. The location was good. The Wi-Fi was very fast. I would be willing to stay here again but I don't think that it will probably happen.

I stay there for four days it took 3 days to fix the tv cable in the room and the app said you get free water but no they said the manager says no more free water and they’re also so damn cheap. They turn the AC off in the lobby not that I was staying in our lobby, but it took forever to check in and it is hot as hell

Poor Dirty

We choose Richmond because it was closer to the hospital for my mom's doc appt. But it was very poor. No foot rag after shower your foot is wet and there's no rag to dry our feet. No cups or drinking glass to use to brush our teeth. We won't be back again.
