The place was creepy and unsafe Someone knocked at my door in middle of night as I remember it was almost 2 am And the place was different in the pictures than actuall And they don’t have complete kitchen materials and also they have alots of rules Unpredictable The place smells like a gas ….. Non recommendable!..

The apartment was very clean and the staff willing and helpful. Breakfast next door. Ayala Malls is walking distance but we took a taxi due to the heat and difficulty crossing busy streets. The only problem was the bathroom although very clean, the water doesn’t drain well in shower. All things considered I’d recommend this anytime.

Poorer than Motel 6 in Cebu, 1- Their kitchen was not equipped with the basic supplies, no coffee maker., no toaster , no small knife ( it was just one big butcher type knife), no salt, no sugar, no dish detergent, kitchen smelled bad, ( Strong Curry) that we had to buy air freshener ourselves. No laundry in facility . 2- safe was not functioning, we switched the room, no safe there , maybe someone took previous one, !!! They had to install a new one , then finally functioned only with key but no codes. 3- Bathrooms smelled bad and had mold, we bought airfreshner for it too. 4- TV , with no live channels.

The staff was great. I couldn’t have been happier. The apartment was huge for the price. Located just a short walk from the Business Park Ayala Mall. For someone from the U.S., the kitchen was sparse in terms of cooking your own food with only an electronic two burner stove top, but that seems pretty standard for the area. Otherwise, everything was great.

Excellent value for the money. I like the spacious room and the ability to cook in the kitchen will a full size refrigerator and microwave. I also liked the late model big screen smart TV. I will return to this property on my next trip to Cebu City.

Good little apartment style.

Place is great. Good people. Very helpful. Other than the noise from the street which is normal in the Philippines. It's awesome. Close to the mall and easy to get transportation.

Es wurde ein Hotelzimmer mit Küche für 2Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. Leider war die gesamte ausstattung nur für 2 Personen. Gegen einen Aufpreis von 13€ pro Nacht bekamen wir eine Matratze für Kinder gebracht, nach nochmaliger Nachfrage kam Bettwäsche. Aber die Küche war ausgestattet mit 2x Gabel, 2xMesser, 2xGlas und 2xTeller. Die Klimaanlage war 30cm über dem Fußboden und 50cm vom Bett entfernt. Somit nicht der Brüller .
