「The Chateau is stunning, our check in was very good and our room lovely.
However, to be clear, although it's marketed on websites such as Hotels.com, it is not a hotel in the traditional sense. There is no service provided at all apart from an average, 'self serve' breakfast. The photos we saw online of beautiful pastries unfortunately did not materialise.
There was a coffee machine in our room, but no coffee! We had to go down 3 floors to find a coffee pod, for which we were charged extra. I...
