Villa Dorlot

  • Just 5 kilometres from the Dordogne River in the Périgord Noir, you will find the beautiful holiday home Villa Dorlot. This spacious and well cared for furnished villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is ideal for a stay with family, friends or several couples. With its large heated swimming pool and outdoor kitchen, you can fully enjoy peace, comfort and complete privacy, while the region’s most beautiful sights are within easy reach.

    Inside
    The villa is generously laid out and practically designed. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and microwave. There is also a separate TV lounge with sofa bed, ideal for additional guests or children.

    On this level there is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin, and two separate toilets. Through sliding doors you step directly onto the patio with tables and chairs.

    On the first floor there are four bedrooms. One bedroom has its own shower room. In addition, there is one bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms each with two single beds. An additional shower room and separate toilet provide extra comfort.


    Outside
    The large garden offers plenty of space and lovely views over the surrounding countryside and the pool. The heated private swimming pool of 12 by 5 metres is well secured and equipped with an outdoor shower. Around the pool you will find ample space to relax in the sun or in the shade. There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a 40 m² patio, allowing you to make the most of outdoor living.

    Surroundings
    Just 1 kilometre away lies the village of Cazals with restaurants, a small supermarket, bakery, doctor, pharmacy and a lively market. In Salviac, 4 kilometres away, you will find a larger supermarket. Most major attractions such as Domme, Rocamadour and Gouffre du Padirac are easy to reach by car, making this location truly ideal.

Pool was perfect, and a nice touch that there were pool inflatables. Good gate to protect for kids. House was really lovely . Kitchen very well appointed. 2nd kitchen was very useful. Good parking. A lovely view from the veranda, and quite peaceful, despite the road running through the valley. Lovely tracks near the house for running and walking. Great Super U supermarket in Salviac - 10 minutes down the road. Garden was quite sloped, so not great for playing football! But an all around great place to stay.
