The Space:

Welcome to your newly renovated coastal sanctuary in the heart of Cayucos! Whether you’re here for the world-class surfing, the famous brown butter cookies, or a sunset stroll on the pier, this home puts you right in the center of the magic. Our bright, open living space features a queen-sized pullout couch and a Smart TV for movie nights. Best of all? You can catch a peekaboo view of the Pacific right from the sofa! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, spices, and modern appliances you need to whip up your favorite meal or a local seafood feast.



The restorative energy of the coast carries into the two stylishly appointed bedrooms. Each room is a private retreat boasting plush, high-end mattresses and dedicated Smart TVs, ensuring every guest can unwind with their favorite shows in total comfort. Just beyond the interior lies your own private backyard oasis. This fully fenced sanctuary is the perfect place to rinse off the salt and sand after a day at the pier. Whether you are gathered around the fire pit under the stars, picking fresh lemons from the tree, or enjoying an al-fresco dinner on the patio furniture, the outdoor space provides the ultimate setting for making memories in the crisp Cayucos air. An added bonus for those with kiddos & pets, or those looking for an optimal place to soak up the sunshine, across the street is a lovely local park with jungle gym and picnic benches!

Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire home and the private backyard. Entry is seamless with a secure keyless smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the "Last Backyard" of California, you are in the true heart of Cayucos. A short, flat walk to the sand and the iconic Cayucos Pier. Walk to local favorites like the Schooners, the Brown Butter Cookie Company, and charming local bars. Close to hiking trails at Estero Bluffs and a short drive to Morro Bay or Hearst Castle.



Getting Around:

The home is walking distance to many of Cayucos' highlights. Getting around by car is very easy. Rideshare is limited.



Other Things to Note:

AMENITIES:

We provide bath and beach towels, and toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee/tea, spices, oil, laundry detergent & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT

Early check-in may be available depending on the schedule and for an additional fee. Late checkout is not available.



PARKING:

There is a parking in the driveway. Additional street parking in front of the home. The driveway is long enough to accommodate an RV, but please note we do not have power or hookups.



THE DRIVE:

The house is very easy to find, the home is just off of the 1.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the apps on the smart TVs.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

There is a fire pit with lounge chairs in the fully fenced backyard and a propane gas grill. Perfect place to relax or dine al fresco!



BEDROOMS:

There are 2 bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. There is a queen size pullout couch in the living room. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.



GARAGE:

Laundry machines are located in the garage. There is also a utility sink and a additional toilet in the garage (quirks of an older beach home!). Everything is fully functioning and maintained by the cleaning staff.



SECURITY:

Security cameras are located at the front of the house for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside the main home you will be staying in.



PET FRIENDLY:

Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay fee. Please pick up after your pets.
