  • Discover this pretty house completely renovated inside. Gîte with capacity for 5 people, located between Cayeux S/Mer and Saint-Valéry S/Somme, in the heart of the Baie de Somme,

    The house is on one level:
    -A bright living room with living room, table/chairs, TV and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, senseo)
    -A bathroom with vanity unit, Italian shower and washing machine
    -A separate suspended toilet
    Zen lounge area with 2 armchairs
    -A bedroom with double bed 160X200 (30cm cap) and storage
    -A bedroom with double bed 160X200 (30cm cap) and storage + folding bed for one person

    Come and discover the Baie de Somme, a haven of peace, tranquility, a piece of paradise.
    Here people come here to recharge their batteries and discover this preserved nature.

    Cleaning must be done by the tenant before the inventory of fixtures at the end of the building.

Zalig huisje met alle voorzieningen. Heel proper. Ruim gevoel. Tuin groot genoeg. Garage is zeker een pluspunt. Dichtbij strand, duinen en centrum van Cayeux sur Mer. Geweldig voor wandelaars, fieters en motorrijders. De soms drukke baan heeft ons niet gestoord. Onze honden waren welkom en hebben zich kunnen uitleven. Aurélie, de eigenares, was zeer vriendelijk, gedienstig en altijd bereikbaar. Wij raden deze lokatie absoluut aan.

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es ist perfekt durchdacht und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist so, dass sie ein Auto benötigen. Sie können auch ein Fahrrad benutzen, um einkaufen zu gehen oder den nächsten Bäcker zu erreichen. Einen direkten Strand Zugang hatten wir leider nicht gefunden. Wir konnten prima die Dünen entlang laufen und gelangten in den Ort. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank.
