"I absolutely hate that when I arrived after traveling that the water was off 😩 we could not take a shower for hours. Then the water was not hot! They told us they would be there to move our clothes and never showed up when leaving… it was SO much that happened… I think they also charged us for a towel because my WASHABLE dye got on it! I have NEVER heard of anything like that in my life! Like… Hunh?! Overall I will NEVER be back… And I travel to Belize yearly for a missions trip in Belize city. We vacate to cay caulker for rest of the time but I will NEVER be back to blue zen. There should also be more resort activities maybe?"
