A clean, colorful house near the Columbia Metropolitan Airport; with 3 comfy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; a Kitchen and Dining area with a large table; a den that is inviting & comfortable or a screened in porch with a view. There is a TV in every room and Wi-Fi access. It is located near the William-Brice Stadium (Home of the USC Gamecocks), one mile from the South Carolina State Farmers Market, approximately 5 miles from the Congaree River, with miles of walking trails and wildlife and several miles from the Riverbank Zoo.

Great location just outside of downtown. Host was super helpful with correcting an internet service problem (AT&T problem not house/host problem). Additionally, host mailed back a sweater that was left behind. Great space for family trips to Fort Jackson or any of Columbia’s college activities!

5 Star Rental Experience!

Our son was graduating from Fort Jackson Army basic Training, we were looking for a rental that was close by and we were so lucky to find this place! The home was very clean and was essentially our home away from home. Our experience from beginning to end exceeded our expectations! If we were ever to be back in the area, we e would not think twice about renting this home again!!!

The house is neat and cozy, in a quiet neighborhood. We felt completely safe taking a walk all around the winding streets. Our host, David, was very nice and welcoming, and fixed our internet issue in a timely manner. The beds were comfy. Our only disappointment was that the dishwasher was out of order, so that was an inconvenience.

Graduation

the house is very homey. My granddaughter was graduating, so it became the place where everyone would congregate to sit and have fellowship. The owner is awesome, he even had a graduation present for my granddaughter on the table when we got there. That is above and beyond. Everything was just awesome, and when I go back to Columbia, I will for sure stay there again.
