"The hotel is on 2 sites with each offering slightly different bars etc. The roof terrace is not accessible for anyone who cant do stairs. Wifi was good and staff were very friendly. Location is really good with pleanty of things to see within walking distance."

Very quiet at night, much needed after long days of bus tours etc. Bed was very comfortable, linens very soft The buffet breakfast was great. "Location!! We took trains almost every day and this hotel is right across the street from the station. There was no noise from the trains or busy street while trying to sleep. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good every day. Hotel is clean and always felt safe late at night. Walkable to tourist spots and Oltrarno. It was a perfect choice for us! "
