"Achei que não há um padrão na limpeza do quarto, teve um dia que a limpeza foi boa, e outros 3 dias deixaram muito a desejar, sem limpeza de banheiro ou troca de toalhas. Os amenities (sabonete, shampoo, etc.) são ruins/inexistentes, para o preço cobrado da diária. O café da manhã é básico, e houve falta de produtos comuns, como queijo branco. Há nítida falta de manutenção, com sauna desativada e alguns gazebos e pisos de madeira na varanda com desgaste aparente. O atendimento é bastante amador....
