On the main level, you'll discover two rooms, each equipped with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a private shower/WC, both with direct access to the garden. The well-appointed open kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on this level. The villa features electric heating and air-conditioning for your comfort.

Moving upstairs, the upper floor houses two more rooms, each with its own private shower/WC. The first room offers a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and direct access to the terrace, while the second room boasts a bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), also with an exit leading to the terrace.
