This contemporary studio, located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a modern residence, consists of a living space of 25 sq. m and includes :
- a nice 7 sq. m terrace with plancha, with an exceptional view on the sea,
- a large and sunny living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a perfectly equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- a night corner with a triple bunk bed for kids,
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, hair dryer,
- AC,
- access to the residence laundry with a washing machine.

→ private road leading directly to the magnificent Bonporteau beach.

In a green, quiet and protected environment, at the entrance of the beach and easily accessible, this accommodation will allow you to spend a chill and relaxing stay while being close to numerous activities. 5 min away by foot from the city center and 10 min from Cavalaire port, you will be able to enjoy all the shops, bars and restaurants of the sea resort, as well as trying your luck at the casino ! You will also discover St Tropez or Grimaud historic village, both 25 min away by car. At last, plenty of paths will make you explore the coast and its wonders.
