In the city center of Cavalaire, close to shops, the port and the beaches.
Beautiful air-conditioned apartment on the second floor with elevator. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, oven, microwave). Living room, dining room with access to the terrace. Two air-conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom 1 opening onto the terrace with a double bed wardrobe (140). Bedroom 2: 1 bed of 160. The bedroom opens onto a balcony with a glimpse of the sea, view of the square of the pétanque fields. Bathroom (bathtub), washing machine. Separate toilet. Parking space at the Iris residence (a few minutes walk).

ANIMALS NOT ACCEPTED.

Free shuttle nearby (during the summer period).

Additional services to be paid on site:
- Mandatory cleaning fee
- deposit (NO CREDIT CARD): by check or cash returned after verification by the cleaning team
- tourist tax per day and per person aged over 18 according to the current rate

Très bon compromis

Très bel appartement climatisé, bien situé, avec garage sécurisé (à quelques minutes à pied). Spacieux, lumineux, avec tout le nécessaire !! Disponibilité de l’agence qui loue le bien, et cadeau offert à l’arrivée. Seul bémol : pas de puissance du jet d’eau chaude dans la douche …
