"Fantastic place to visit Amalfi coast. Away from the tourists Cava de' Tirreni is a real Italian town. The hotel is an old palace, our room was superb with all amenities and our host Dario went out of his way to help. One warning, a car can be expensive to park. But the train connections are very good."

The only recommendation is to advice visitors about the long walk, via steep stairs, from the parking arrea to the B&B entrance. "We had an unobstructed view of the water from our room, balcony and the dining areas of the hotel. The views were spectacular and peaceful as we watched swimmers and boaters enjoy the water. The accommodations were very appealing and the hotel was not overcrowded or noisy. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay to visit Amalfi but yet have separation from the busy and loud city streets. The hotel staff were excellent in all areas of service. We would definitely book this hotel again. "
