Pool was not heated or if it was it was set extremely low. Day one of our trip, service was great no problem checking in or getting extra pillows. Day two of our trip we asked multiple times for towels and blankets over the phone and at the front desk. They never got delivered. We are “usuals” here and the service this visit seemed particularly lacking.

Amazing stay….this place has cute and cozy rooms. Beautiful grounds, sparkling pool and right on the beach. Will definetly be back for a longer stay.
