Quaint and quiet.

If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you. Close to all our favorite spots. Neighbors and other guest friendly.

Wonderful!

We had a great time in Palm Springs. The townhome was very spacious and beautiful. We felt very comfortable and loved that Trader Joe’s was so close. The laundry facilities were easy to use and the pool and hot tub again. If we find ourselves in beautiful PS we will definitely consider staying here again.

Christmas Visit

The villa worked out great during our Christmas week visit to the Palm Springs area. It was clean and spacious with the beds being very comfortable. The location is very quiet and was centrally situated for our activities. I would recommend staying there.

Lovely property!

Property was really lovely, beds were amazingly comfortable (forgot to ask the mattress brand). Unfortunately we didn't have time to take a dip in the pool, but it looked really refreshing in the desert heat!

Super Cool Spot in Cathedral City!

Nicely appointed 2 master suite condo in cute complex. Seamless check in process and comfortable beds and couches. Kitchen is very functional which is awesome!! Thanks Will!!!

Clean and convenient

The property was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to have Trader Joes, Target, and CVS in walking distance. It was very quiet at the complex and there's a nice view as you step out. We were lacking a few towels and soap, but no biggie.

Quiet Gated Property Close to Shopping

Wills place was as described. The bedrooms were both large with en-suite bathrooms. Note the upstairs bedroom is very large but is a balcony room without doors. The hot tub was great for sore bodies after a long day of softball tournaments. Shopping, food, and Starbucks all within walking distance. Quiet safe neighborhood. Will was great to deal with. We would stay again.

Comfortable stay

Check-in went exactly as the owner provided direction stated. My wife and I found the accommodations quite nice. Quite a nice spice rack should you wish to cook. We did not. We did use the coffee maker which was pretty simple. The shower downstairs is HUGE. The beds were comfortable, and the blankets about right for me. I like things on the cooler side. There is a thermostat located in the downstairs master bedroom, so you can adjust to get it right. We barely even looked at the upstairs suit, but it too looked quite lovely with a balcony for morning coffee, or evening cocktails.

The property was great. Two big bedrooms and baths in separate floors. Kitchen on the smaller side but that wasn't a problem for us. Unfortunately my daughter and boyfriend had to back out so there was plenty of room for us. Owner was very responsive. Only 3 miles from the airport. We would rent again.

Amazing getaway

The property was amazing it was gated so I wasn’t worried about theft or vandalism the villa was amazing clean and had all the amenities we needed, took a dip in the pool 15 minutes from downtown with uber would stay here again

Wonderful Place

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was immaculate, two large bedrooms (we had trouble figuring out which one was the master!), large living room and dining room, kitchen just great. The pool was kept at 82 deg and had a nice hot jacuzzi. Will (the manager) easily helped us with two minor problems (which were our fault). Nice central location (easily within driving range of everything you could want). Within walking range, Starbucks, Target, Trader Joe's. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent weekend

The property manager was very helpful in giving us information about the property ahead of time! It was a very spacious 2 bedroom unit and had everything we needed. We played golf nearby and Pickleball for free at a park that was very close as well. Everything was great!

Plenty of space at a good price.

Honestly the place is bigger and nicer than the pictures represent. GIANT showers. Great location near Target for quick food and essentials (this is why you VRBO to save). 30-35 minutes to Coachella valley. Nice pool. Easy checkout rules (take the garbage out start the dishwasher, nothing more). We will 100% be booking the same unit next year.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved this place. Will (manager and/or owner) was lovely! (We had some issues getting to Palm Springs because of the airlines and Will was very understanding.) There was a gift basket and a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. The place was clean and lovely. There were some nice shampoos and soaps for us to use. Really appreciated the Q-tips. Great location!!! We really enjoyed our stay! For others who stay, use the upstairs bathroom. It is the best of the two bathrooms. Suggestions for the owners/managers: We didn't swim, but it looked like there were only two "beach" towels. Also, the internet kept dropping (but it was easy to log back in). The biggest problem was the lockbox with the key cards. I broke two nails trying to get in. My daughter was able to figure it out, but the instructions weren't very clear on how to open the box.

Great Value

I gave this 5 stars because the value was perfect. The house was great for us and pretty much what we were looking for. Just a couple of pieces of information for anyone looking to book. 1. Beds were great. Comfortable and exactly what we needed. 2. Rooms were spacious. It was a bit odd that the second floor was essentially the other room. It would have been nice to have a door so the other couple could feel more secluded. 3. Kitchen was great. They had plenty of utensils and even had some spices to help out. 4. Bathrooms were huge. Neve seen such a big shower in my life. Understanding which knobs worked for Hot and Cold took a bit of time, but hey that's life. 5. Check in was easy. Use a code to get our keys. 6. Never used the TV so I won't comment. 7. Internet was good. I was working and had a few zooms that I had to jump on. The first day it kept kicking us off. I finally asked the host to reboot the router. After he said he rebooted it I didn't have any additional trouble. 8. Pool was good. My kids would have enjoyed it. 9. Hot tub was more like a luke warm bath. Host has no control over that, but i was sad it wasn't better. 10. Communications with the host could have been a bit faster, but all in all it was good. He did answer the questions. 11. Check out was a snap. Leave the keys on the counter and head on out. I did have to ask the Host what the process was, but when he replied with that answer I was happy. Again, this was a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there in the future. Thanks for hosting us.
