Best Western Plus Butterfield Inn
Room wasn’t ready when arrived at 4:30PM. Had to wait for room to be cleaned. Staff member at desk was friendly but when he called about cleaning room you could hear the person he was speaking with & they were nasty. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Broken A/C unit, manager didn’t want to do anything to help us. 95 degrees outside on graduation weekend so no other hotel options or rooms available. Unethical.
