There was one room with a queen bed, one room with a bunk bed and a twin bed, and then a sofa couch in the living room. "Great space, comfy beds, very small but perfect for an overnight stay. My only complaint, I think the firepit in the photo is a bit misleading and for the money I don't think guest should have to break down beds. "
