"The entire property is amazing . Wonderful views that surround it all with breathtaking mountains surrounding the entire area. The bed is comfortable the living area very spacious. The kitchen has literally everything one needs to cook and bake. Art and Judy are phenomenal hosts. Any questions are answered and they are the sweetest couple I've ever encountered on my many stays at different locations. The location is also wonderful as there is shopping and restaurants within a cars ride closer than I expected. All in all we had an awesome time and I will definitely book again . Thank you to the hosts to provide such a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. I could go on and on , just a fantastic place to stay. "

"It is in a great location. Outside the city, but, not really for within 5 -15 minutes you can be a shops and restaurants that are wonderful. The book on the property explaining things is very helpful. It was clear, pricise and helped us know what was expected and what all is available in the area. I would recommend this property anytime. Clean, comfortable, the beds, pillows, sheets all made sleeping super great. Angela checked in with us and made sure we were in and we had we had what we need."

"We came from New York, for a week, to literally defrost! We’re also checking out different areas to get away from the cold weather. Tucson is very manageable, and the area where this house is located, is what we’re looking for. This is a lovely place to stay. The views are awesome, the house and grounds are spacious, and it is in a quiet area, on top of a hill. It’s located 5 minutes from a grocery store, and about 45 minutes from downtown. We were fortunate to have amazing weather for the week. It was great to sit out by the pool (too cold except to dunk feet) after any of our off site adventures, and enjoy the sun and views. My husband used the hot tub every day. The host was great and communicated easily. I didn’t read something carefully, and she walked me through the steps. Leave time after checking out, in case you’re headed to the airport, as you will have to drop off the garbage. There is a fee of 25 plus tax. It’s about a mile away. All in all, we had a fabulous stay, and are looking to return next year. "

"Couches need replaced asap. They have no support, worn out on inside support. Inappropriate for this quality of home. Add a hot tub outside. Small cost to owner. Exterior patio is fine, but if you need something to garner attention of vacationing people, really beef up your backyard area. It is ver average at best"

"Brett is an excellent host! He was very responsive with all communication. The house was spotless. Nice supply of towels and paper products. The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The guest bedroom bed is extremely firm. The master bed was adequate. Beds are so personal so it's always one of those things one can't predict in a rental. The living room had a nice reclining sofa. All in all, very nice stay."
