"The Preferred Adult Only was 100% worth the extra money for couples. The hotel is beautiful, the staff at most restaurants very friendly and the food was good. Loved the small “food stands” along the beach for an unformal lunch. The room was clean, spacious and delicate."

"The resort was beautiful. The staff pleasant and helpful. There was no long line in the lobby when we got there. The room was as described. The hole resort is on a same level. The other buildings have a second floor. If yoy are wheelchair bound or have a stroller this is the perfect place. The beach is literally 2 min walk from main lobby. There is a wood ramp that leads to the beach at the end is a wheelchair platform with umbrella and beech chairs. The food is good . They have a decent amount of everything. Between vegetables, fish, salads, different meat dishes on a nightly basis. The fruits, desserts, delicious soups. The staff is on point refill your water and other beverages. Check out was a breeze. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. They staff was pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast was ok, but would probably order à la carte next time. It was a very pleasant stay on our way to catch a cruise. The grounds and surrounding area are very nice."

"The staff were amazing. No room service, but you can take food from the buffet back to your room. There were a couple of times where we had no water. As long as you plan ahead and dont get in a rush for the shower, it was no problem."

"This was exactly the vacation I needed! It's a smaller property with everything you need! It's clean and well taken care of. I had a great time. Entertainment staff were excellent, inclusive but not pushy! Food is good, drinks are good and room service way better than I expected!"

"me gusto el trato del personal del desayuno, excelente, que hicieron los alimentos, pero las habitaciones fueran pesimas, las toallas parecian limpias pero olian mal, en una de nuestras habitaciones, hubo que cambiarla, habia cucarachas, caca de raton, el espejo de mi baño estaba quebrado, en lo que yo pueda jamas volvere alli, lo siento mucho, las personas amables mucho, pero el hotel no deberia tener ese tipo de servicio, que pena"
