「The smell was absolutely horrible - and it lingers on everything I had with me on the trip. Carpets were filthy & stained. Comforter & blankets had numerous old cigarette burns all over them. Mattress VERY old and worn out. There was a wooden block under my bed holding the middle of the sagging bed up. The upholstered chair was covered in stains. The towels were very small worn and scratchy. There were gross fingerprint sized globs of an unknown substance on the remote. I was supposed to be...

「Good for a one night late stay. Probably wouldn’t recommend more than that. Property was well maintained but showing plenty signs of age. Funny smells and old aged carpet in hallways. Rooms are clean for what they are age wise, but definitely in need of a renovation. Staff was polite and helpful,」

「Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. 」

「I purchased 2 nights , the room i purchased which was the suite ended up not being a suite at all , the room was dirty, and I had to leave after the first day and did not get a refund for the second day which they said I would get back and never did I would never stay at this hotel or use this company to purchase a hotel ever again. VERY NOT SATISFIED!」

「The check in process was awful. Once you got to the clerk he was wonderful. So it was not the staff, it was the management of the staff. Check in time was at 4:00. We arrived at 5:15 there were about seven people in front of us, one clerk. by the time we made it to the counter there were 15 to 20 people in the line. It was a festival weekend so lots of people in town. Two employees came into the area, no one helped they stood at the front desk talking while 15 people waited in line. Totally...

「The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath.」
