"when we first arrived at Halo Homestay - we were concerned because it was not in a very nice area. We didn't realise how big Halong Bay city is. we were expecting sleepy little fishing village!! "room was good, though very basic. Staff were helpful, di not inform us that restaurant not open for dinner even though the website says it is. good location, close to sea promenade, limestone formations very visible, even from the room."
