One-bedroom apartment in a quiet area

The studio apartment, ideal for two people, consists of a single air-conditioned room with a kitchenette, and bathroom with a large shower/massage tub.

The entire property, which has just been renovated, has other apartments each with their own appurtenant spaces. The studios are located below street level, which is accessed by a double flight of stairs.

Each studio apartment has an outdoor table and chairs, a very useful outdoor shower when returning from the sea, and a shared washing machine.

A fenced parking space near the property is available upon availability.

The facility is located in a quiet area and well connected to the SS 274, which allows easy travel to nearby popular seaside resorts (such as the Maldives of Salento about 10 to 15 minutes away by car).

The part closest to the sea is occupied by the marina, from where you can also leave by boat for excursions to the caves. The nearest sandy beach is about 750 m away, the center of S.M di Leuca and the seafront about 500 m away.
