Exception in everyway. The staff is the most attentive and friendly I've ever seen in this kind of resort. Everything was pretty great. Would certainly come back

The hotel has a breathtaking view of the town & the Caribbean Sea but somehow those aren’t even the best parts. The best part of the experience was the staff, they are the friendliest, warmest staff I’ve ever come across. Wonderful energy at Bel Jou, will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay the breakfast was wonderful and the kids had plenty fun

Beautiful property beautiful people..absolutely enjoyed my time at this hotel . Very clean most of the staff are friendly… few not so much . Be sure to collect your receipts when paying the hotel tax , unfortunately I didn’t receive on upon payment when I arrived and during check out they asked me to pay again which I declined because I had already paid ! Overall stay was wonderful.

This place is exactly what I needed and wanted as a solo traveler. Safe, beautiful, fun and relaxing. I could participate in as much or as little as I wanted to without any pressure. Everyone that works here is absolutely lovely! Some specific shoutouts — Mr. Simon my taxi driver, Moranda in the main restaurant, Trista in the main restaurant, Jenna at concierge, Chermaine who gave me one of the best massages ever, Melissa our awesome tour guide to the sulfur springs and waterfall,...

Having your own cottage a few steps from an amazing beach is a rare thing in this age of mega resorts. No steel drum bands, restaurants, or nightclubs at this property, but there is plenty of that nearby. A rental car or taxi is definitely needed. The staff is incredibly helpful and will go the extra mile to get you whatever you need. Even the owner meets with each guest with a very helpful introduction to St. Lucia and what you might like to do. This property and location is a gem. I hope it...

I only gave it an excellent review because of the staff at the hotel. But lets start from the beginning

I traveled solo end of April. I felt very safe and the staff were so nice and welcoming. It was not crowded at that time and pretty quiet. The complimentary rum punch at arrival was a nice touch. Beautiful Mediterranean style villas. Some nice amenities including WiFi, beach towel, beach chairs, shuttles to get you around the property (there are steep hills everywhere), free fitness classes and activities, breakfast (i did not do all inclusive) and live music. The food I had at Dragonfly,...

I give Sanrai two thumbs up, very comfortable with modern amenities, very cozy indeed. I was particularly impressed with how quickly management responded to questions or any messages I sent requesting assistance. Staff was very helpful from booking to check out. This property is highly recomended.

The resort was very clean and the staff amazing. Made me and my friends feel comfortable and remembered us throughout our stay. Very impressed with service overall.

I had the most amazing experience staying at the Hotel Chocolat. the location is perfect. It's close to all the major attractions. The hotel has the most stunning view of the Pitons and the jungle. The rooms/houses are veIry unique and beautiful. My concern prior to arrival was that the hotel is in the jungle and we won't be able to go to the beach. In reality, this hotel takes you to one of the best beaches on the island twice a day. The travel to the beach is an experience on its own. First,...

If you are thinking of staying at Ti Kaye you will not be disappointed. Everything was perfect! The place is a little off the beaten path, so the resort and beach are nice and secluded (perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary). All beaches in St. Lucia are public beaches, so some can be crowded. But since Ti Kaye Resort is off on it's own (about a mile and a half down a bumpy road off the main road), you don't get much of anyone there other than those staying at the resort. The food is...

The Landings is a special place in St. Lucia. Small-mid-sized, the property is well-maintained and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Accommodations are outstanding; food options are plentiful, beach and pools are first-rate. Spa is outstanding. But the people that work at The Landings make you feel special and very welcome at all times. We walked the beach in front of Sandals on the way to Pigeon Island (highly recommended) and the contrast is obvious. Sandals was loud,...

WONDERFULL PLACE TO STAY, FRIENDLY STAFF , AND VERY GOOD BREAKFAST

I would recommend harmony suites to anyone who wants to relax in a quiet atmosphere. I had a very restful holiday, courteous staff, very comfortable surroundings, very accommodating, walking distance to the beach and night life.

Beautiful property located on a nice stretch of beach. Ideal location which is perfect and close to town for shopping. There is a shuttle that drops off and picks you up otherwise it’s a short walk, approx 1/2 mile to resort. Hotel is clean and everyone is friendly. Good food and entertainment. I’d stay again and don’t have any complaints.

I've been to high end hotels and this trumps them all. Nothing ostentatious just comfort, luxury, amazing service and a top notch beach with a view of both famous mountains in st Lucia. The hotel is actually between them. Examples: the butler at your villa checks you in and gives you cell phones to call your other guest anywhere from Island or to call the butler. Room service is all done on an iPad. Awesome food. Can't say it enough - phenomenal service. Every detail thought through. Perfect for...

Very comfortable, great view, quiet, Danny and Ann were happy to assist if need be. Pool is nice, swimming beach was a boat shuttle across the bay.

Super relaxing villa. Exquisite accommodations as beautiful as the pictures. Very private. Ideal for honeymoon or people with desire to get away from it all. View of Pitons across from bay is hands down the best view on the island (We traveled and stayed at several places in St. Lucia across the island so feel qualified to say this.). You will not want to leave. Staff is charming and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy and generally at 9 am unless your plans require an earlier meal. Staff is...

My husband and I recently stayed at Ladera while on our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming including the owner, Holly, who we ran into several times. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt like we we had the resort to our selves which really made it feel like our own slice of paradise. The food was outstanding, although a bit expensive but definitely worth it. And of course, the best part of our stay was our room...
