"Lovely little stay! Gorgeous hotel"

"When checking in, I was told I had been allocated a room in the adjoining building, which as someone who had just had spinal surgery, the extra walking didn’t suit me at all. After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and I had to go down to the bar to get a coffee to take back to my room. Not good ! Bed was comfortable enough and tv worked. Best thing if the stay was the shower, it was outstanding. Don’t think I would stay there again 🤔"

"From walking through the doors we were made to feel welcome, the room was on the 4th floor and was a twin as requested. The room was very clean and beds comfy, I loved the rainfall shower didn't want to get out. Can highly recommend a stay here as perfect for the tram and very close to Piccadilly gardens."

"Staff excellent, welcome was warm and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Only negative was the shower pressure, which was poor (a typical hotel-based issue really, but this one was very weak). Loved the one night stay and will use this facility again."
