The complex consists of approximately 96 residential units, located either in the three-story main building or in the surrounding buildings, also surrounded by greenery. The apartments are on the ground or first floor. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are also available.
