"Borgo del Dolci Colline is an old guest house and working farm that has sheep, olives and grapes. We loved the family that runs this scenic place. While it is in the country, we were looking for that experience to balance the stays in hill towns. The breakfast was delicious, and the proprietors were very helpful in giving directions and making special arrangements. There are friendly rescued dogs who help look after the sheep. Try this lovely place as an intermission to experience Italian...

"We came, we saw and we felt in love - with "our tuscan home", the indescribable view - the lights on the hills in the night, the morning fog, the silence and the lovingly furnished house. Anna and her family gave us a warm welcome, a lot of tips what to visit and the desire to come back. We haven´t seen all the places we wanted to visit, so we hope to say next year: here we are again. "Our party of 7 stayed at Villa Senaia for 5 nights in late April. It was the perfect location for day tripping around Tuscany. The home was big enough for all of us, and the views from the patio and pool of Castiglion Fiorentino were marvelous! Giuseppe was a wonderful host, available to help when needed. We did take advantage of the outdoor pizza oven and Giuseppe was ready to assist when our first pizza didn't turn out quite right. The convenience of having a washer onsite was also very nice....

"We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)"

"Francesca is een geweldige gastvrouw en het verblijf is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Hartelijke ontvangst, nette kamers, zeer verzorgd zwembad, een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. De gastvrouw kookt af en toe. Aarzel niet om hierop in te gaan want het is echt heerlijk. Een absolute aanrader als je rust en comfort wil opzoeken."
