Soggiorno fantastico

Struttura molto ben curata , camere confortevoli ma poco insonorizzate , molto pulite e sempre fresche. I pasti serviti a bordo piscina con ricco menù a buffet soddisfano tutti i palati, unica nota da migliorare la pulizia delle stoviglie; Al check in viene rilasciata una tessera sulla quale caricare tutto l’extra consumato così da non utilizzare i contanti , questa non ci è mai stata richiesta dal personale interno creando magari dei disguidi sulle varia consumazioni. Vista la comodità perché non utilizzare questo sistema ?? Spiaggia privata raggiungibile a tutte le ore tramite servizio navetta elettrica , idea molto ecologica 👍 Servizio spiaggia eccellente, ombrellone sempre riservato e chiosco ben rifornito a disposizione dei clienti interni ed esterni .

Hotel nel complesso non adeguato per la categoria: - cani in spiaggia che facevano i loro bisogni tra gli ombrelloni - cani che bevevano l'acqua della piscina - televisione in camera di dimensioni infime - camere senza connessione internet - divano letto vecchio, macchiato e logoro - armadio con ripiano rotto - intonaci nella camera caduti in piu' punti - cart per la spiaggia vecchio, sporco, lacero - ristorante con decine di mosche sul cibo - ristorante con scarsa varieta', cibi cucinati male - colazione con scarsa varieta' - tovagliette colazione sporche, logore

La Sardegna al suo meglio

Resort da sogno, posizione magnifica, personale educato ed efficiente, dalla reception ai driver delle navette per la spiaggia. Ristorante fantastico, qualità e varietà del cibo eccellente. Un posto dove ritornare sempre, sensazione di lusso rilassato, il massimo per una vacanza al mare che non ha eguali . Davvero super !

Ottima struttura, ideale per rilassarsi

Ottima struttura, per rilassarsi. Il cibo è buono e abbondante, le camere sono indipendenti e pulite, dotate di tutti i comfort. La doccia è il top. Il personale è sempre gentile e a disposizione. La spiaggia è a pochi passi e si può utilizzare una navetta per raggiungerla che sale e scende tutto il giorno. L'unico neo è la posizione. Nelle vicinanze ci sono paesini piccoli, se si cerca la movida serale bisogna spostarsi un po'.

belle vacanze, ma troppo costose

positivo: struttura bella, situata in una posizione buona per trascorrere delle belle vacanze in spiaggia, ristorante a buffet buonissimo con staff di servizio e di cucina molto in gamba. servizio di pulizia assolutamente buono. animazione in gamba. negativo: palestra da dimenticare, tessera à € 7.- al giorno a persona per che cosa? l'acqua e un vino (rosso e bianco) dovrebbero essere già inclusi nel prezzo, stanza "classic" molto piccola, nessuna possibilità per appendere per esempio i teli da spiaggia, umidità nelle stanze molto elevata - quindi vestiti, letto, … tutto umido.

Ho fatto presente più volte che non avevo l’acqua calda, ho fatto presente che la culla era rotta senza aver ricevuto l’assistenza adeguata! Sono stata 3 giorni con l’aria condizionata fuori uso, senza ricevere assistenza! Lo staff del ristorante è stato perfetto anche le pietanze. Ho pagato una tessera club per l’animazione inesistente! L’unico intrattenimento serale musica dal vivo ripetuta per 15 giorni sempre la stessa! La signora Serena alla reception era indisponente sia con i colleghi che con l’assistenza nei nostri riguardi, tanto che scriverò al direttore!

Zimmer: Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht. Im Urlaub wollten wir diesen einlaufen lassen und stellten mit bedauern fest, dass der Abflussstöpsel fehlte. Dieser fehlte absichtlich! Denn das Resort verlang einen Aufpreis von 20 Euro (pro Mal) wenn man den Whirlpool benutzen möchte! Dieser Aufpreis wird aber auf der Homepage nicht erwähnt, auch nicht unter dem kleingedruckten. Toll, wir haben nun also ein teureres Zimmer gebucht um uns den Whirlpool anzusehen! Wenn dieser noch nicht so in seine Jahre gekommen wäre und alle Knöpfe noch gehalten hätten, dann hätten wir diese 20 Euro vielleicht wenigstens für einmal bezahlt, aber wir wollten kein Risiko eingehen. Personal: Motiviertes Personal sucht man in diesem Resort leider auch vergebens. Dieses erledigt zwar seinen Job, aber man sieht die große "Lust" in der Mimik. Überrascht waren wir vom Hausdienst/Putzpersonal, dieses war ausgesprochen freundlich und strahlte eine ehrliche Freude aus (obwohl man es von Ihnen weniger erwarten würde). WLAN: Man hat zwar WLAN an der Rezeption, am Pool und teilweise am Strand aber bis ins Zimmer reicht die Verbindung nicht. Strand: Der Strand ist traumhaft und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Kristallklares Wasser in türkis ist garantiert. Erholung pur!

La scelta giusta per un soggiorno da favola nella zona di Costa Rei. Uno splendido villaggio curato nei particolari, con uno staff eccellente che si prenderà cura di voi! Una magnifica zona piscina e una spiaggia privata con una posizione invidiabile! Bellissimo! Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Prachtig domein, goede keuken : klein buffet met toch voor ieder wat wils. Lekkere tonijn gegeten en keuze uit twee hoofdschotel en twee primi platti , voorafgegaan van een voorgerecht buffet. Wijnen va 20 eur ( duur voor italië). Drankjes 4-5 eur. Golfkarvervoer op +_ private weg 500m naar strand. Strandstoelen en parasols gratis. Hadden een classic room in beneden stuk van een van de villatjes: groot met twee slaapkamers en bdkmrs. Jacuzzi naar mijn mening belachelijk en bijna niemand gebruikt dit . Ach ja , vaste plaatsen in restaurant ! Je moet een beetje geluk hebben. Vraag esspreso of capucino want andere koffie (americano) is gewoon niet lekker ( heb je wel meer in Sardinië)

Schöner Urlaub mit Abstrichen

Tolle Hotelanlage, sehr schön aufgebaut. DZ teilweise sehr klein, Klimaanlage schimmelig, deshalb Zimmer gewechselt. Frühstück keinerlei Abwechslung, täglich 1 Sorte Käse und 2 Sorten Wurst, immer die gleiche. Aber sehr große Auswahl an Obst und Kuchen. Traumhafter Strand, tolle Liegen und Schirme (kostenlos), alle 5 Minuten fährt ein Shuttle vom Hotel zum Strand. in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sehr viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Zweifellos gibt es dort auch sehr freundliche,höfliche Mitarbeiter,aber die sind an fünf Fingern abzuzählen.Durch eine Flugverspätung kamen wir 13std später dort mittags hungrig und durstig an.Man hat uns nicht einmal ein Wasser angeboten,sondern die nicht in Anspruch genommene Übernachtung mit Frühstück und Kartengebühr für den Tag voll berechnet.Unbegreiflich ist für mich die merkwürdige Einteilung von Reihen.Am Strand und beim Frühstück "durften"wir nur in die 3.Reihe.Dabei war beim Frühstück und auch am Strand so wenig los, daß wir uns meiner Meinung nach hätten hinsetzen können, wo wir wollten.Froh waren wir allerdings,daß die "Billigen"Zimmer oben sind,so war die Ameisenplage nicht ganz so schlimm,wie ebenerdig.Wenn ich morgens im harten Bett aufwachte, hatte ich immer einige platt gelegen.Bei den sanitären Anlagen waren wir froh ,daß zumindest die Dusche und merkwürdigerweise die Toilettenspülung warmes Wasser hatte.Aus den restlichen Hähnen kam nur kaltes Wasser.Das Frühstück würde ich als annehmbar bezeichnen.Das Brot und Obst frisch ,aber bei Kaffee oder Tee schmeckte man das gechlorte Wasser.Der Kuchen sah besser aus als er schmeckte.Ich würde jedenfalls nicht nochmal in diesem Hotel übernachten.
