Two are in the sleeping area, and the third is separately located in the basement below the living room. Like all villas in the complex, Li Conchi 34 is only a few steps from the large pool. The beautiful Cala Sinzias beach is about 2 km away—ideal for swimming, building sandcastles, or strolling along the shore. The lively towns of Costa Rei and Villasimius are about a 15-minute drive away. Nature lovers and those seeking tranquility can explore the “Monte dei Sette Fratelli” nature reserve and discover the beauty of the Sarrabus mountains.
