Moyen surtout pour la tranquillité

Tout se passait très bien jusqu'à ce qu'a 21heures à la fin de la restauration l'activité se passe à l'intérieur avec un animateur qui cri +++ dans le micro et cela résonne dans les chambres d'hôtels, musique forte et personnes qui crient ... Impossible de dormiez avant 00h... Dommage il aurait fallu annuler l'annimation au vue de la pluie à l'extérieur plutôt que d'entraver le confort des autres clients. Néanmoins restaurant correct avec buffet à volonté. Literie confortable. Hôtel très agréable à distance de la ville. De nombreuses activités pour les enfants et adultes tout au long de la journée ce qui pourrait faire penser à un camping ou un club vacances, très familial donc beaucoup d'enfants.... Ce qui rond la tranquillité des lieux. Personnel parfait

Good for the money

They have excellent staff that spoke English and were helpful with getting us extra pillows and changing our room ( we weren't getting wifi ). They offer free transportation to a beautiful beach and breakfast.

Ok but not great

This hotel is fine but it's a bit far from the main part of town. Being told we had to wear a swimming cap in the pool (ie had to buy one) for 'hygiene' was pretty offensive. Food for dinner and breakfast was fine. Good service. The arrival of about 200 teenagers broke the peace and quiet. Not great. The room was fine but quite small for 3 people. The balcony needed a clean. Very dusty/ grubby.

Claramente el hotel no merece 4 estrellas. Pobrísimo servicio de restaurante y sin posibilidad de salir (si no se tiene coche) Magnifico tamaño habitación, pero poco acogedora. Buena piscina

Hotel offered great value and the room for presented to a very high standard based on a Mexican theme. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had a selection of fresh fruit and a wide choice of continental meats and cheese.

Bel hôtel avec piscine superbe et vue magnifique.

Difficile à trouver, mais cela vaut la peine d'y arriver. Qualité/prix exceptionnel. Recommandation de rester plus d'une journée. Déjeuner bien, mais salle à manger avec atmosphère très froid. Personnel impeccable à la réception et au bar, mais indifférent aux tables.

Hôtel-club à l'écart de la ville

Accueil très décevant (à la limite de la politesse), hôtel occupé par des tour opérators, aucune possibilité de dîner sur place si on ne souhaite pas bénéficier du buffet unique (25 euros par personne !)

ottimo punto di riferimento, buona struttura, ok!!

la struttura è situata in prossimità di selinunte, quindi a 2 passi dal mare, con spiaggia privata e attrezzata. è una struttura nuova con vista fantastica e con un personale veramente accogliente e disponibile ad ogni esigenza!! il cibo è locale senza troppe esigenze ma di buona qualità, i comfort come la piscina ed altre strutture di gioco e disimbpegno ti danno la possibilità di trascorrere anche del buon tempo di svago e relax, il paesaggio è tutto pianeggiante e ti da la possibilità di affittare e girare molti posti nei dintorni. è un ottimo punto di riferimento strategico per chi vuole visitare sia la costa a sud, che attraversare in 40 minuti e visitare la costa a nord( san vito lo capo, riserza dello zingaro, tonnara do scopello....eccc); INFINE un ottimo applauso per i ragazzi dell'intrattenimento hotel che nella loro semplicità riescono a coinvolgere grandi e piccini.....a tutte le ore!!! insomma ci tornerei molto volentieri.....anche il prezzo è stato vantaggioso

perfetto per relax , ma anche divertente con 2 simpatici animatori non ivadenti e allegri...il bambino nella piscina si diverte da matti , si mangia bene e il personale sia alla reception che in sala pranzo e' gentile e cordiale...pulizia buone e prezzo ottimo....sostituendo una decina di sdraio un po malconce che creano qualche problema in piscina il resto e' perfetto ....lo consiglio a tutti!!!!!

Aria condizionata non funzionante, nessuna scusa e nessuna riduzione per il disagio. La stanza aveva un balcone sulla piscina per cui era impossibile tenere la finestra aperta a causa della musica e dell'animazione. Nessuna possibilita' di cambiare stanza. Abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore ma non era disponibile. Il secondo giorno, ancora incerti sulla possibile riparazione del guasto da parte del personale ( pare che il guasto fosse solo su alcune stanze) abbiamo lasciato l'hotel.

Don't Go!

This hotel definitely needs to be re-rated. We stayed in 9 hotels when we were in Sicily and this one was the worst! It was difficult to find, the pool was not open and looked disgusting, the showers had mold, and when we asked to change rooms, the manager said a bus was coming in 30 minutes (untrue), and no rooms were available. We were one of two rooms with guests until the bus finally arrived that night. When we persisted, we did change rooms, but the second shower was worse, plus the shower head did not work. There was mold in our butter at breakfast, and she opened another package, looked at it, closed it back up, put it on a silver tray and brought it to us, and explained the reason was that there were only two guests at the hotel. The place was dirty, the staff was rude, and unsightly scenes just kept appearing. I will NOT ever get near the place again. It it's 4 Star, I can't even imagine what would be considered a 3, 2, or (heaven forbid) a 1 Star would be like.
