In the house: storage room for bicycles. 200 m long narrow motor access. Width of access road: 190 cm. Public parking 500 m. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 3 km, pebble beach "Caldè" 2.5 km. Hiking paths: Nasca - Sarigo - San Michele 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
3-room semi-detached house 45 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: upper floor: living room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and fan. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with fan. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Leider Benzingeruch in der Wohnung

In dem unbewohnten Teil des Hauses befindet sich ein privat genutzte Werkstatt, aus der Benzingeruch über eine Zwischentur in die Wohnung dringt. Wir haben nachdrücklich darauf hingewiesen und hoffen, dass das ansonsten saubere und schmucke Häuschen wieder besser bewertet werden kann.

Weite Entfernung, Der zentrale Parkplatz ist etwa 3300 Schritte von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Für zwei Fahrten am Tag (vormittags, nachmittags) sind dann etwa 13.000 Schritte zwar sportlich, aber bei 36 °C nicht sehr erholsam. Dennoch die Freundlichkeit des Inhabers hat über die Unfreundlichkeit des Nachbarn gesiegt.

Das Ferienhaus sieht wirklich ...

Das Ferienhaus sieht wirklich genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos und ist in einem Topzustand. Alles sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet und super ausgestattet.Besonders gefallen hat uns die Galerie, die die beiden Schlafräume im Obergeschoss miteinander verbindet.Die originelle Lage im Dorf – die schmalen Gassen sind nicht einmal mit einem Kleinstwagen zu empfehlen – ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man wird dafür mit himmlischer Ruhe belohnt. Der öffentliche Parkplatz oberhalb des Hauses ist meist (in der Hauptsaison) komplett belegt, es gibt jedoch unterhalb nochmals kostenfreie Parkplätze.Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und auch wir fanden im Kühlschrank eine leckere Flasche Prosecco sowie eine Salami. Da das Haus über kein W–LAN verfügt und man durch die dicken Steinmauern der alten Häuser nur bedingt Netz hat, kann man während des Urlaubs tatsächlich sehr gut „entschleunigen“ (wir haben Urlaub zu dritt gemacht und unsere 15–jährige Teenie tat sich am Anfang schwer mit diesem Umstand)Schade fanden wir, dass es keinen Balkon oder keine Terrasse gibt, ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Da die Wohnung weder über einen Balkon noch über eine Terrasse verfügt, ist sie nicht für jene empfehlenswert, die am Abend ihren Rotwein in der Sonne genießen möchten – dafür ist die Wohnung sehr gepflegt und hat ein tolles Ambiente mit Holz und Naturstein – da sie nicht mit dem eigenen Pkw angesteuert werden kann, ist kleinteiliges Gepäck ungeeignet. Reisetipps: Der zum Wohnort gehörige Strand/Hafen ist sehr gepflegt und in der Vorsaison nahezu menschenleer.im Frühjahr ist der Lago Maggiore absolut top, im Hochsommer (persönlich) als Urlaubsziel (wegen Hitze und Menschenmassen) allerdings nur schwer vorstellbar.

Formidables vacances

Gîte très s.ympa propriétaires très agréables le gîte est très bien situé dans ce petit village de Nazca où nous sommes obligés de monter a pieds (la voiture stationné sur un parking en bas) petite vue sur le lac majeur. Village très accueillant dans un cadre magnifique. Beaucoup de jolies ballades à faire Nous reviendrons

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, das Häuschen ist liebevoll modern und gemütlich restauriert und gibt einen guten Eindruck in das einfache Leben in einem Bergdorf. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Auto unterwegs. Unsere Vermieter waren ein nettes verständnisvolles Paar und wir unterhielten uns dreisprachig. Molto grazie und arrividerci

Kleines schnuckeliges Häuschen.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und auf de Fotos. Ein kleines Makel ist das man keinen Parkplatz hat der zum Haus gehört und der öffentliche immer voll ist ( der auch ziemlich weit weg ist ).

Ein wenig weit vom Parkplatz bis zur Wohnung. Wer Ruhe mag, ist dort richtig. Schade ist, dass die Terasse fehlt.
