single house in the countryside with breathtaking views on gulf of asinara, the sea can be seen from three sides of the house.
The house consist in a L-shaped living room with full kitchen, bedroom, bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, ideal for two couples.
All windows have shutters and mosquitos nets.
The house is located on top of the hill and is surrounded by a beautiful young olive grove.
To reach the house you have to do 700 meters of unpaved road. The campaign is a beautiful medieval town overlooking the gulf of asinara.Castelsardo has a small port well equipped, where you can rent boats and rafts.There is a small fleet of fishing boats, that daily, bring fresh fish.Mullet and lobster, caught in its waters, are famous for their goodness.Many restaurants serving seafood.
Excellent diving offerguided dives in dry and wrecks.To 15/20 km away from the SPA of Casteldoria.

Ideal setting, very nice owner

The house is very nice, in a magnificent place with fantastic view. We really enjoyed Castelsardo where we immediately felt at home. Perfect for recharging your batteries during the holidays. Many thanks to Gianmario for his kindness and availability.

Amazing view, basic home

We stayed in the house of Gianmario for three weeks. The location and view over Castelsardo is amazing and really beautiful. House is basic, beds are good. Outside we missed a good place with shadow and sunbeds. Just a parasol is not enough to enjoy the terrace. Contact with Gianmario was very easy and hè is very helpfull.

Die Küchenausstattung war auf das Notwendigste beschränkt.Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und eine große Auswahl von Restaurants mit guten Tipps vom Gastgeber.Sehr schönes Grundstück mit sehr viel Natur und herrlicher Aussicht.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Gianmarios Haus in den Olivenhainen mit einem phänomenalen Blick von der großen Terrasse auf Castelsardo, das Meer und die Berge. Dort herrscht eine absolute Ruhe, gelegentlich besuchten uns ein paar Ziegen. Unten am Zugang des Grundstücks ist ein abschließbares Tor. Von dort geht es mit dem Auto ca. 300 m durch die Olivenhaine hoch zum Haus. Dieses ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse ist das Highlight, da man fast einen kompletten Rundum-Blick hat. Die Stadt mit Supermärkten, Restaurants und Läden ist aber gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Gianmario hat viele Infos zu Restaurants, Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Die Altstadt von Castelsardo hat uns sehr gut gefallen und von dort konnten wir auch tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Leider kein Whirlpool(war in der Beschreibung angegeben). Im Haus und der Küche sehr viele Ameisen.(überall) mit Kindern währe es schwierig gewesen,es durfte kein Brotkrümel auf der Spüle liegen.

Bonne communication avec Gianmarco,tres gentil,réactif .Maison située sur les hauteurs de Castelsardo,avoir une voiture est indispensable.La maison est sympa et propre entourée d'oliviers ,pas de voisins autour ,la montée par la route non goudronnée est parfois source de découverte surtout à la nuit tombée (lièvre,fouine,caille,renardeau etc)Les lits sont confortables,il n'y a pas de clim mais il y a des ventilateurs avec un mode qui ont été fort appréciés lors des fortes températures mais en hauteur le vebt souffle parfois trés fort .Nous avons très peu utilisé la terrasse, trop chaud et avec le vent et les abeilles pas facile de manger mais il est agréable de manger dans la cuisine en laissant la porte ouverte grâce aux mousticaires qui sont installées à toutes les fenêtres et portes de la maison .La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche mais attention elle est assez petite donc elle ne convient pas pour des personnes à forte corpulence ou trés grande.La cuisine est bien ,il manque pour notre part un micro onde mais qui devrait etre ajouté dans un futur proche ,je crois !Sinon machine à laver la vaisselle ,le linge ,frigo et congel etc le reste est assez complet.La vue est magnifique et notre hote est trrs accueillant et à l'écoute .Merci à Gianmario .

Familienurlaub über Oliven

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Familienurlaub. Das Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb von Castelsardo und oberhalb des Olivenhains, der ebenfalls dem Vermieter Gianmario gehört. Man erreicht das Haus mit dem Auto durch ein abgeschlossenes Tor und einen anschließenden Schotterweg.Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig - es gibt kein weiters Haus in der Nachbarschaft. Die Aussicht ist grandios, mit Blick auf Castelsardo und das Meer. In klaren Nächten war die Milchstraße von der großen Terrasse aus zu sehen.Die Übergabe bei der Anreise hat wunderbar geklappt, dank der sehr guten Kommunikation mit Gianmario per WhatsApp und Telefon. Auch bei kleineren Problemen während des Aufenthaltes hat Gianmario prompt geholfen.Wir haben das Ferienhaus und Gianmario in sehr guter Erinnerung und können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.Vielen Dank nochmal an Gianmario. Er hat uns mit seinen Empfehlungen für Restaurants in Castelsardo und Umgebung sehr geholfen. Auch verschiedene schöne Strände hat er uns empfohlen.

Perfekte Unterkunft in Castelsardo

Die Lage und Aussicht ist ein Traum. In die Stadt ist ein Fußmarsch von 20 Minuten notwendig.

Wunderschön

Wir waren die ersten zwei Septemberwochen. Es war wunderschön. Das Haus inmitten der Olivenbäume ist der Ideale Ort zum Entspannen und die wunderschöne Landschaft zu genießen. Der Blick abends auf das Castello war umwerfend schön. Von drei Seiten hat man Meerblick. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

En dehors du monde et au contact du monde

Le lieu est exceptionnel, au milieu d'une oliveraie magnifique en surplomb du village de Castelsardo et avec une vue sur la Méditerranée splendide. Vous serez seuls au monde et en 5 minutes vous découvrirez le peuple Sarde authentique. La nouvelle église "Sagrada familia" et le château médiéval offrent une association symbolique étonnante. Agréable semaine au calme avec une belle vue sur Castelsardo

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à 2 au calme dans la maison bien située sur une colline dans un champ d’oliviers. Une voiture est nécessaire pour bien profiter des alentours et accéder aux belles plages à une quinzaine de minutes. Castelsardo est accessible à pied pour qui aime marcher un peu. L’équipement était conforme au descriptif et suffisant pour nous 2 (nous avons principalement pris nos repas au resto). L’accueil sur place s’est très bien déroulé. Gianmario nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Panoramablick

Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb von Olivenhainen und einem mediterranen Baumbestand mit traumhaftem Blick auf Castelsardo und 360 ° Panoramblick auf die Gegend. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 20 Minuten das Städtchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt, das Haus sehr schön und wir haben die Zeit Ende September trotz wiederholtem Regen sehr genossen und können das traumhafte Häuschen und die ruhige, einzigartige Lage weiter empfeheln.

Haus mit tollem Ausblick und Ruhe

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist so wie auf den Fotos. Wenn man Ruhe sucht ist das Haus mit dem schönen Olivenhain genau richtig. Nur der Müll war leider ein Problem. Obwohl wir den Müll nach Plan getrennt und nach unten an die Straße gebracht haben, wurde er nicht abgeholt. Bei unserer Abreise sollten wir den Müll auf die Deponie bringen oder an den Mülleimern am Strand entsorgen. Das WLAN funktionierte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht. Der defekte Warmwasserboiler bei unserer Ankunft wurde schnell repariert. Leider gibt es keine Liegen auf der Terasse und eine unbequeme Möblierung. Ansonsten war das Haus soweit o.k.

Schönes Haus mit Weitblick und Ruhe

Wir haben 2 sehr erholsame Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. In dem Haus alles war so wie beschrieben; die Einsamkeit, die Ruhe, der wundervolle Ausblick. Wir sind mit unserer Labrador Hündin angereist, alles sehr problemlos! Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit.Er hat uns gute Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Von hier haben wir schöne Ausflüge an andere Orte an der Nord - Westküste unternehmen können. Verschiedene schöne Strände, an denen Hunde erlaubt sind, sind in ca. 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.Castelsardo ist ein sehr schönes lautes Städtchen mit viel Charm, einem besonderem Flair, reichllich Restaurants, Cafes.

Net eenvoudig huisje op een toplocatie. Geweldig uitzicht en vrijheid. Heel mooi terras maar zou aangevuld moeten worden met een paar goede ligbedden. Inrichting is eenvoudig, maar alles is aanwezig en werkt. Gastheer is behulpzaam

Wunderschöne Lage

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Zu Zweit kann man es sehr gut aushalten. Die Entfernung zum Ort ist nicht weit. Man geht ca. 15 Minuten zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Große Terrasse mit Traumblick.

Tramonti stupendi

La casa è come da descrizione: immersa nel verde degli uliveti e con una vista mozzafiato. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane indimenticabili. La casa era pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Unico suggerimento che possiamo dare è che si potrebbe mettere una doccia esterna. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto. Il proprietario si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile ed il suo olio è ottimo.

Traumhaus mit Panoramablick

Dieses Ferienhaus bietet herrliche Erholung und Ruhe, abseits der üblichen Ferienanlagen, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Man ist ganz für sich alleine, wohnt in einem abgeschlossenen, riesigen Gelände auf einem Hügel im Olivenhain mit herrlichem Rundum-Blick und Traumblick auf Castelsardo. Auf der großen Terrasse genießt man Erholung pur ! Die hübsche Stadt erreicht man zu Fuß in ca.20 Minuten. Das Haus war super sauber und die Ausstattung perfekt. Der Vermieter, Gianmario, steht bei allen Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und ist super hilfsbereit ! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus allen erholungssuchenden Menschen absolut empfehlen !! Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Woche !!!

Casa semplice con una vista fantastica

L'attrezzatura della casa è semplice, ma non manca nulla. Si trova su una collina circondata da ulivi, a circa 1,5 km da Castelsardo. Soprattutto, la terrazza e la vista su Castelsardo e sul mare è fantastica. Non c'è posto ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Comunque, hai bisogno di una macchina o di una bicicletta se vuoi andare a Castelsaro e la strada è molto ripida a volte. Ci siamo sentiti molto bene lì con la nostra piccola figlia e posso consigliare vivamente la casa, l'host e il posto.
