「Excellent staff and amazing location. 」

「The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. 」

「This hotel had the most amazing views imaginable!!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better in person! I would hands down stay here again just for those views. The pool was wonderful-perfect temperature and enjoying the mountain scenery while taking a dip was perfectly idyllic. They even have a robe for you to use while visiting, which was nice to take to the pool. The gardens are insanely beautiful as well, with the backdrop of the Dolomites-it’s nature’s perfect match! 「Peaceful, relaxing, quaint, elegant. Wonderful staff. Incredible views. A bit warm at night bc no A/C and although there is a door and balcony, not much air circulation. The staff was wonderful though and provided us with a fan. Adorable bar. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Free bus to cable car. A bit of a drive to Ortesi however. 」

「La comida es deliciosa y vale la pena la media pensión. El servicio muy bueno y todos muy amables. No hay aire acondicionado y hace demasiado calor en los cuartos, sobretodo en el último piso. Las almohadas terribles y las camas no son muy cómodas. La luz azul en la regadera es algo raro. Pero el hotel en sí está hermoso y muy bien mantenido. Muy céntrico y cerca de todas las actividades. 」
