"This villa is in a beautiful rural location a short walk outside the village of Castel-Nuovo. It looks over the quite populated valley below that leads to La Spezia. We had a hard time finding the villa because the Internet went down soon after leaving the La Spezia-PIsa highway so we couldn't use Google-Maps, but providing the internet is working it's easy to find. The pool is small but warm (in early June) and in a pleasant private location. One of the two bed-rooms is up a steep winding metal...

"We had a fantastic holiday here. The views are absolutely stunning and we spent a lot of time enjoying them by the pool. Any direction you drive, there are gorgeous little hillside villages and the owners recommendations for restaurants are brilliant - do not miss the multi course set Sunday lunch at Hotel Panoramica! Swimming at the waterfall and cooking in the wood fired pizza oven were also highlights. We are missing waking up to those views!"

Great location, convenient to the train station, restaurants and the beach but also very private. Be prepared to climb the stairs. That’s the price you pay for the spectacular views. "

"Wow! What a place! The view is something that I've never quite seen before. The gardens and house is both kept immaculate. There is quite a steep road to access any shops or restaurants, so a car is highly recommended. We were lucky that we found good, reliable taxis to help us get around and some of us actually enjoyed the walk into Camaiore.
