Goertz und Partner offers you this pleasant house with mooring and pool for vacation rental, ideal for eight people.
The property is located at the end of the Tordera sector, so the mooring is in the main channel.
In front of the garage you can park a car or leave a trailer. (The garage is not available to the tenant). As you enter the house you will find the kitchen on your right. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, a washing machine, city gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need to cook.
In the dining room you will find two sofas, two armchairs, a television (it only has Spanish channels), a table (extendable), chairs, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning.
The house has a total of four bedrooms and one of them is a suite.
The first bedroom has a 135 x 190 cm bed (two 40 x 75 cm pillows), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a fan.
The second bedroom has two beds measuring 90 x 190 cm (two pillows measuring 40 x 75 cm), a wardrobe, ironing board and iron, two small shelves with a night lamp and a fan.
The third bedroom (the butterflies) has two 90 x 190 cm beds (two 40 x 75 cm pillows), a bedside table, a lamp, a built-in wardrobe, an armchair and a fan.
The fourth bedroom is a suite with an Italian shower and has a 135 x 190 cm bed (two 40 x75 cm pillows), a clothes hanger, a fan and another standing fan.
The second bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.
The exterior part consists of a covered chill out terrace. Under the pine tree there is a table with chairs to eat in the shade.
The private pool is located at the back of the house and measures about 21 m2.
The property has a large mooring of which 20 m are available to our tenants.
The house has internet (low debit), six fans, television with Spanish channels, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, swimming pool and mooring.
