It is located 400 m from the supermarket, 600 m from the sandy beach “Empuriabrava”, 16 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. It is situated in an area ideal for families, within a residential urbanisation.



The accommodation offers a garden, outdoor furniture, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, private pool, outdoor parking and satellite TV (languages: Spanish, German and French).

Alojamiento muy bueno.

La casa está muy bien equipada, cuidada y limpia, aunque hay cosas preparadas para que no se utilicen (por ejemplo el jacuzzi). Céntrica, cerca de la playa y también cerca del río por lo que los mosquitos campan a sus anchas. Esto último es inevitable. Yo he dormido en la habitación de la planta baja, he echado de menos una mesilla y enchufes en la cabecera de la cama. En cuanto al baño de esta planta, la luz que desde luego no es para un baño y la falta de soporte para la ducha. No sirve de nada que arriba haya una ducha estupenda si por problemas de salud no puedes subir, pienso que es algo fácil de solucionar y a su vez imprescindible.

Montgri Haus

Super war die Lage. Zentral gelegen Und viele Zimmer. Ausstattung ebenfalls sehr gut. Mehr Klimatisierung. Nur ein Zimmer mit Klima war zu wenig.
