「We travelled late so arrived after dark. I hadn't read the Sat nav directions before leaving so unfortunately we got a little lost but staff at a nearby pub pointed us in the right direction. Well signposted but unlit at the driveway entrance and this would have really helped. Better signage on site would also be greatly appreciated. As I'm disabled your warning about the steep entrance steps and alternative ramp entry were greatly appreciated. We were met by the most wonderful receptionist...
