"Clean, Almost everything you need for the kitchen & bathroom. Also, first aid kit, flashlight & binoculars for watching deer at deer feeder, Bird feeder filled. Games, Fall decorations, chairs on deck & patio with fire pit. Had a minor issue and hosts were quick to resolve. 2nd time to stay here. Can’t wait to stay again."

"This property was beautiful and clean. The grounds were quiet and safe and well kept. We stayed in a cabin which was a tiny house concept and more spacious than I expected. The staff was awesome. The gift shop was nice and had essentials. This is a well planned concept. It’s about 15 minutes from Fredericksburg so you get to enjoy the hill country and the town. We had a wonderful time! Oh and it’s super pet friendly which is a plus!"

"If you're looking for a peaceful, rustic, and a good place to star gaze this is it for sure. Nice place for a weekend getaway/small wedding venue. Breakfast and dinner options on Fridays and Saturdays only but food was excellent when served. There are refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms so not a problem if staying for more than a few days. Bar also open on the weekends only. It's a cat sanctuary (they have about 16 cats on the property, all outdoor cats) so if you're allergic to cats may not be a good place for you. Close to hiking trails if that's your thing. Closest town about a 30–40-minute drive. Overall, we loved the place even though it would benefit from some upkeep. "

"Cute little house out in the country. Exactly what we needed for a quick getaway and some R&R.Well equipped with everything u need, peaceful surroundings. Nice sitting outside and listening to the insects with some star gazing and a bottle of wine!Went down to the river for sunset and enjoyed a day in town.Will definitely recommend this little gem and come stay again."

"We have stayed in many vacation rentals but here we genuinely felt we were at a friend’s cute little bungalo. The host was sweetly accommodating; beds comfortable; decor light and tasteful. The notes that some furniture came from family and the personal reviews and recommendations of “don’t miss” shops and restaurants add to the restful feeling that you are safe and well cared-for. One of our favorite memories is sitting on the back porch enjoying the breeze."

"Very fun stay in comfortable camper. Very relaxing. I would have appreciated more lighting in the driveway to find our camper easier. I arrived after dark and it was extremely dark around the property, but when camping that’s usually a good thing. "

"I was hiking Enchanted Rock, and shopping in Fredericksburg, this was perfect location between the two. It was very nice out in the country, sitting on porch reading and relaxing as well. "
