「Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. 」

「Pros: Die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattet. Cons: Dass die Küchenmöblierung sehr alt war ist noch okay, aber das wahllos zusammengewürfelte Geschirr und die Töpfe und Pfannen waren schon länger nicht mehr in Benutzung und teilweise schmutzig!」

「Pros: We hebben een week bij deze huis verblijven. Alles is zoals beschreven. Laura is echt behulpzaam en zorgt alles. Airco werkt prima.Met onze auto gingen wij naar de Toscaanse steden en stranden echt makkelijk. Cons: Wifi is traag met 3-4 apparaten. Douche ruimte is iets klein voor dikke mensen.」

「This september we visited Empoli. We wanted to stay close to Pisa and Florence, but not in a busy area. This place had exactly what we expected. "ピサ中央駅を出て右手にあるバス乗り場から1+のバスに乗ってTorre Di Pisa1駅で下車すると徒歩2分ほどで到着します。バス代はクレジットカードで支払えて片道1.7ユーロでした。 ホテルは斜塔へと続くポルタ・ヌオーヴァ門からみて左手すぐのところにあり、これ以上はないほど便利なロケーションです。 ホテルにはエレベータの設備はなく、スーツケースは階段で運ぶことになりますが、自分で運べなければフロントの方が手伝ってくれるそうです。 部屋のインテリアはとても雰囲気があり、バスルームにはジェットシャワーもあって、とても快適に過ごせました。コストパフォーマンスは素晴らしいと思います。 朝食のサービスはありませんが、ホテルの向いにPo'stòというベーカリーがあって、たくさんの種類のパンから好きなものを選ぶことができ、朝からテンションが上がりました。もちろん、味もとてもよかったです。料金は2人で好きなパンとドリンクを1つずつオーダーして、14.7ユーロでした。 部屋数が少ないので、ハイ・シーズンは早めの予約をお勧めします。"
