「Great location and quiet. Room is neat. Requested two beds but was only one. Difficult to find the door, not exactly the address on the google map. 3rd floor with no elevator. 」

「Even I didn’t recognized there are steps to climb one floor, the room is clean, comfortable and wide. And there are many restaurants and famous gelato shops, I really enjoyed my stay. Map is wrong by the way.」

「Great place in heart of Florence. Had more space than we thought it would. Everything is within walking distance. Great food choices and markets near by.」

「Location was excellent but everything else was unfortunately disappointing. We arrived to an unclean apartment, with blood on the bunk beds, hair everywhere, and dirty floors. There's no WiFi or cell signal in either bedroom, which made it hard to stay connected. Lastly, the soundproofing is nonexistent; every conversation upstairs, every piece of furniture moved, and every passerby outside came through clearly as if they were in the apartment. Despite the great location, we would not stay...

「Out of main tourist areas but within walking distance. 」
