Il letto purtroppo era basso ma alla fine per una notte è stato comodo. il bagno come detto grande. non abbiamo capito l'asse del wc in un materiale strano tipo gomma. non proprio comodissima. La colazione buona e abbondante. il giardino esterno ampio e curato con un posto auto semi coperto. "

Rainer is always available for helping out or giving some useful information. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Umbria!"

"A wonderfully peaceful location. The estate is surrounded by stunning grounds and gracefully kept gardens. Peacocks, cats and 2 dogs live here in harmony and were gentle companions. The pool is wonderful and we managed to blend reading, swimming and relaxation with visits to local villages and Orvieto. Our host was helpful and friendly."

The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The family restaurants are cooking the best Italian cuisine you can dream from. Your host is wonderful. Plus his two softly dogs too. I truly recommend SantaMaria. But be sure - it is hard to say goodbye after a while."
