This place was great! We have a family with 4 kids ages 0,3,6,9. There was something for everyone! Kids club at night and in the morning. The beach service and pools were more than enough, but they had a lot of other activities. Staff was wonderful and food was top notch. We stayed for 10 days and it wasn’t enough!

Perfekt für Familien mit Kleinkindern

Direkt am Strand und Meer. Duschen sind vorhanden, was sehr angenehm ist. Pool ist gleich hinter dem Strand, was auch sehr praktisch ist. Ausreichend Liegestühle, was den Kampf um die besten Plaetze erspart und Nerven schont. Gutes Buffet, vor allem für Kinder. Insgesamt sehr effizient und gut organisiert.

La struttura è come viene descritta. I punti di forza sono sicuramente il mini club e l'intrattenimento per i più piccoli. L'accesso in piscina avviene su prenotazione tramite app e questo impedisce il sovra affollamento; consente la permanenza per un'ora e mezza in modo da dare a tutti la possibilità di utilizzarla; in ogni caso noi siamo stati in piscina tutti i giorni per almeno due turni. L'accesso in spiaggia è ultra comodo (saranno 50 passi) ma trovo eccessivo il costo di 30 euro al giorno per il noleggio dell'ombrellone che ritengo dovrebbe essere incluso nella quota visto il costo del soggiorno. Il mare è pulito e la spiaggia sabbiosa che degrada lentamente è molto adatta ai bambini. La sabbia è grigia e manca il colpo d'occhio di un mare azzurro ma l'importante è che sia pulito. Per uscire dalla struttura c'è un trenino sempre in funzione che è comodo e divertente. Nei dintorni ci sono moltissimi locali e tante aziende che propongono percorsi enogastronomici. E' una soluzione per famiglie sicuramente valida anche se, alla fine, l'ho trovata un pò costosa.

Strandnära med pool-bokning

Ok boende precis vid stranden. Högljudd underhållning på italienska kvällstid. Bra frukost, stora och rena rum. Städning var 4e kväll. Det största problemet är poolen. Det finns två pooler relativt små dock, därav finns inte plats för alla boende så dem har ett bokningssystem via deras app. Man får 80min x2 per dag ex 10-11.50, 15-16.20. Dem behöver bygga en större pool. Bad vid stranden är gratis hela dagen. Parkeringen ligger ca 1 km från boendet men det går ett shuttle-tåg fram och tillbaka i stort sett hela tiden. Finns tillgång till tennis, fotboll, pingisbord etc.

Der Parkplatz liegt weit ausserhalb des Hotels, der Shuttle-Zug war überfüllt und hatte nicht genug Platz für das Gepäck. An der Rezeption wurde fast kein Englisch gesprochen, eine zweite Rezeptionistin musste aushelfen. Im Zimmer war der Safe defekt. Wurde innerhalb 15min ausgetauscht, allerdings mit einer Metallbkx, die man sogar mit einem Schraubenzieher öffnen könnte. Restaurant am Abend muss mit einer App gebucht werden, die nicht korrekt funktioniert. Restaurants haben die schlechtesten Abläufe, die ich je gesehen habe! Gäste mussten zum Teil 1h50 auf ihr Essen warten und das mit Kindern! Takeaway Gäste werden bevorzugt, Gäste im Restaurant haben das Nachsehen. Hotel fragt nach Feedback, akzeptiert aber kein negatives Feedback und sucht die Schuld beim Gast. Insgesamt ist das Hotel seine 4* überhaupt nicht wert und viel zu teuer für das Gebotene. Für uns, nie wieder Canado Family Village.

Einmal und nie wieder

Die Lage und die Anlage selbst waren sehr schön. Aber die Mitarbeiter waren zum teil sehr unfreundlich und genervt, auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war ganz klar ungenügend, wir hatten Staub auf denn Schränken und sogar Haare auf unseren Kopfkissen. Auch der Shuttle war nicht sehr praktisch, wir mussten immer 15-20 min auf das Shuttle warten, teilweise hatte es dann nicht einmal genügend platz für alle; das heisst wir mussten noch einmal warten. Auch die Preise waren oft ungerechtfertigt hoch und sehr teuer( eben typisch Cluburlaub -man ist in der Anlage gefangen.) Man muss aber sagen wenn man nicht sehr grossen Wert auf Freundlichkeit und teure Preise legt, ist es auf jeden Fall nicht schlecht. Ich würde meinen Urlaub trotzdem nicht noch einmal dort verbringen wollen. So einen Stand gibt es noch an vielen anderen Orten in Italien, also nix aussergewöhnliches…

Toller Familien Resort im Pinienwald und am Meer!

Wo die Landsleute hingehen, dort ist es am Besten! So auch in diesem Familien Resort! Herzlicher Empfang mit super Service. Die Anlage mitten im Pinienwald und direkt am Strand ist sehr einladend. Die Hotelzimmer sind einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet! Dafür ist aber die Infrastruktur sehr gut und vor allem auch das Personals sehr herzlich! Rundum ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Man hat gemerkt das es zum ende hin geht. Dementsprechend waren die zum teil unfreundlich auf die art "was willst du jetzt noch bei uns." Immer das selbe essen in der früh. Das abend essen war nicht immer frisch. 3 tage hinereinander das selbe essen, haben wir dann beobachtet. Leider war alles schon "winterfest" gemacht und der spielplatz war auch schon stelkenweise kaputt. Schade das man das nicht reparieren tut bzw. Abmontiert. Verletzungsgefahr!!! Strand war sauber. Katzen benutzten den vorplatz vor dem zimmer als klo. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern anreist ein unding! Preis leistung könnte man noch ausbauen. Obwohl drin steht das das Personal deutsch spricht, war das bei uns nicht der fall. Nur mit englisch konnte man sich verständigen. Zimmerreinigung kann man noch ausbauen. Stofftiere einfach auf den boden gesetzt. Total unhygienisch!!! Täglicher handtuchwechsel war auch nötig, weil die handtücher nicht trocken wurden über nacht.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit direktem Meerzugang - reservierte Liegen - super nettes Personal und Hotelmanager - besonderen Dank an den Restaurantleiter - erstklassiger Service. Essen war gut - keine Sterneküche aber geschmeckt hat alles und man hat immer etwas gefunden - auch für Kinder. Zimmer war neu renoviert. Leider die Tagestoiletten hätten öfters mal gereinigt werden soll.

Schöne Lage direkt am Strand, aber sehr abgelegen und ohne Auto nicht sinnvoll. Sämtliche Aktivitäten sind im Herbst sehr eingeschränkt.... kein Spa, kein Kinderclub etc. Positiv war, dass man den Pool noch nutzen konnte, dieser war zwar schon etwas kühler aber nutzbar.

Без манишы тебе здесь делать нечего. Завтраки однообразные, но если придти к самому начало завтрака, то но даже вкусный. На территории действует 3 ресторана. Один как буфет, пиццерия. Пицца вкусная, но удивило, что её даже не разрелали. В номерах давольно душно, приходилось все время спать с открытой дверью. Так как территория отеля окружена лесом, в номерах ползоли муравьи, что несколько подпортило впечатление. В одну из ночей их было просто нашествие. Тёплое море, но медузы очень сильно обжигают. Отель не оставил впетачления 4 звёзд. Но как место для ночлега в Тоскане в относительной близости к крупным городам вполне сойдет!)

Впечатления от места действительно незабываемыми. Отель находится у самого моря, пляж большой, красивый и ухоженный. Консьерж очень вежливый, как и весь персонал. Сам отель находится в лесу. Надо доехать до парковки, оставить машину, нажать на кнопку- шатл и за вами приедут, повезут через лес, минуты три- вид и аромат потрясающие. Носков маленькие, напоминают каюты на корабле. В номере дала бутылочка белого вина. Все было прекрасно, кроме муравьев в номере. Рядом есть отличный зоопарк.

Die Lage ist ruhig und das könnte ein klarer Pluspunkt für den Canado Club sein. Allerdings sollte hier an einigen Ecken mal wieder investiert werden, denn nicht alles kann mit italienischem Charme wegbegründet werden. Das Frühstücksbuffett war einfallslos und fade. Wir haben es vorgezogen, uns selbst zu versorgen.

+ Strand top + Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend + kinderfreundlich + Bargeldloses Zahlen per Band super + Preise im Shop und an der Bar angemessen - Spielplatz sollte erneuert werden -. Pool muss an einigen Stellen repariert werden - etw. abstossender Teppich um die Poolanlage herum - Küche im Appartment sehr klein, hatten zum Glück Halbpension - Tabletts am Buffet fehlen, daher muss oft gelaufen werden, insbesondere mit 2 Kindern, daher etw. chaotisch beim Essen
