「Alessia's place was absoutely fantastic. The apartment itself was stunning, with gorgeous furniture and a huge, beautiful bathroom. It also had A/C which was a bonus on the hot days. The location was perfect in the old town - steps away from a piazza full of restaurants, and only a couple of minutes walk from the lake. The staff could not have been more helpful - they gave us loads of information and tips, which improved our holiday immensely. If I ever go back to Como (which is likely!) than...

「J’ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet appartement et je suis très déçue. Dès mon arrivée, une forte odeur de tabac régnait dans la chambre. L’appartement était sale, avec des draps et des couvertures visiblement usés. Le matelas était dans un état lamentable, inconfortable et penchait d’un côté. Le débit d’eau dans la douche était extrêmement faible, rendant l’usage difficile. J’ai également eu un souci avec la fermeture automatique de la porte, et malgré plusieurs tentatives, je n’ai jamais réussi à...

「Ottima struttura nel centro di Como. Accoglienza e cordialità dell’host ottima」

「Absolutely loved this apartment. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine because it has a lift. Our apartment overlooked the pool. The apartment was very modern, very clean and very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were provided. Breakfast was lovely with many choices to be had and the staff were all very welcoming. Highly recommend.」

"ホテルの方はとても親切で、次の日の早朝に出発するため、ランチBOXを用意していただきました部屋のエアコンの効きが悪く少し蒸し暑かったですマルペンサ空港までは有料シャト(ホテル前発/€5/30分おき/要予約/荷物積み下ししてくれます) 無料シャトル(ホテルから徒歩10分/15分おき/予約不用/荷物積み下しは自身で) 空港から向かう時は他のホテルと共有の無料シャトルで行きましたしかし雨が降っていて道路も凸凹、道には砂利と草がたくさん生えており、かなりしんどかったので、空港へ向かう時は有料シャトルで向かいました"

"午前中の便であったため、空港直結のホテルは助かりました。有名な国際ブランド系列ホテルさながら、全体的に高級感に満ちており、エントランスも良い匂いで満ちていました。水やスリッパを無料でいただけたことも良かったです。バスローブも助かりました。もしMarriottのステータスがあれば、より楽しめたと思います。欠点としては、風呂場にシャワーカーテンが無く、水が飛び散るのを気にして浴びにくかったことと、浴槽から出る際に高さがあり、手すりがあるものの大変滑りやすくなっていたところかなと思います。二人で泊まったのに一人分しかアメニティがありませんでしたが、そこは人間誰しもミスするものと思っています。"
