「The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. But there were a few things I didn’t quite like. There was an awful smell in the elevator and hallways. The first room I was assigned didn’t smell great, but the second one smelled fine. Also unlike other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at, the rooms didn’t have a privacy screen that allowed light inside the room. It only had the black out screen. If I had stayed on the first floor, I would have needed the black out curtain down all the time for...
