Mensano Suite is located within the Medieval village of Mensano, near Casole d’Elsa, in the province of Siena. Renovated with a conservative approach, preserving the typical features of its Medieval origin, the house offers at the back a large outdoor loggia, paved with terracotta and equipped with a gazebo and dining table, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals surrounded by a magical atmosphere.
The outdoor spaces also include a terrace with a small table and chairs, ideal for a sunset aperitif.
A free parking area is available for guests just 100 meters from the house.
Interior Description
Spread over 2 floors, Mensano Suite is furnished in a rustic style, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are allowed upon request. A baby cot and high chair are also available on request.
Ground floor: The ground floor hosts a spacious and bright living area, furnished with: two sofas (including one double sofa bed), a dining table for 6 people, a working fireplace, and a tv.
Next there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dining table for 4-6 people.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.
Mezzanine level: A few steps lead to the mezzanine level, which consists of two double bedrooms with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
Continuing on, you will find a cozy sitting room (with working fireplace, sofa, armchairs, and tv) and a second equipped kitchen.
From the sitting room, you have direct access to the terrace with table and chairs.

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); house maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (100.00€); heating on consumption. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 200.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
