There are several reasons why I would absolutely tell anyone to avoid this hotel. First, there is no security. Anyone can park, and/or walk, at the hotel and walk onto the beach and the pool. One the weekend in which we stayed, there were literally hundreds of people without wrist bands signifying they were not Seacrest members or guests. They place is disgusting. Towels everywhere, toilets overflowing, and trash piling out of the bins. It was so bad, they had to close the pool on Monday. The staff are bunch of kids on their phones and the management is none existent. Try calling and the phone will never be answered. The walls are paper thin and the Lantern restaurant so noisy it's like being in a tin can. This place used to be exclusive, but over the years it has fallen apart. It's literally an dump. The Town of Falmouth should shut if down. Even the members and management told me the place is disgusting. Never again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sesuit house! Our room was small and older, but clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the pool, the little soccer field and cornhole set, playing connect four, visiting the goats, and having a picnic every morning for breakfast. Very pleasant and relaxing location, close proximity to Mayflower Beach where we enjoyed the amazing tide pools and sunset. A great place to stay mid Cape!
