「A lovely, spacious, clean apartment above a yummy restaurant in a quiet residential neighborhood. We stayed there when we were in town for a 6-hour race in Goose Island State Park, and it was perfect! 」

I cooked in the kitchen and it had all the utensils I needed, and it even had an electric kettle—most places don’t provide for tea drinkers like me! Be aware, though, that the apartment opens almost directly onto a street that large trucks sometimes drive by on, and that there is a back door into a business hallway which only locks with a handle lock (not a deadbolt). The only reason I gave a 4 star rating of the check-in service, was that when we arrived and entered the apartment, it had not been cleaned. I see myself staying here in the future because its warm, inviting, functional and located nicely to stores and such.
