Chestnut Ridge is 0.5 miles from Sapphire Valley Resort which allows you to enjoy all amenities (for a $5 a day per person charge with a 3-day minimum) this includes Fairfield Lake Boat and Beach, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor mini golf, activity field, foot golf, horseshoes and tennis courts. As a guest of ours you will also have access to tennis/pickle ball courts, ziplines, golf course, ski slopes and zip lining at a reduced rate.

A modern interior living space. The living room has a large Smart TV with You Tube access and another TV in the upstairs room with Roku access. You also have access to free Wi-Fi. Along with a new electric fireplace. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen for any cooking you may need to do, including a Keurig coffee maker. A beautiful dining room table to sit you and your family or play some family games that have been provided for your convenience. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. A beautiful back deck with a comfy patio set and rocking chair to sit end enjoy your morning coffee or sip an evening cocktail. Every detail has been thought of to make sure you and your family have a memorable experience for years to come. Nearby is the beautiful Fairfield Lake with lots of family fun. You can also rent a pontoon at the stunning Glenville Lake or horse backing riding for a fun family day. Highlands Outpost/ Scaly Mountain, NC is a family fun destination that offers an Alpine coaster, tubing, trout fishing and gem mining. Another option would be to head toward Asheville for fabulous dining and breweries. We are located about 12 miles from the fantastic Highlands for more upscale shopping and boutiques, antique stores, fabulous food and two live theater venues. Or you can stay local and on Friday nights you can an enjoy Groovin' on The Green concert series that take place on Friday nights in downtown Cashiers, this is a free concert series (during summer months).
